DEEP (DEep-learning Empowered Proteomics)

DEEP is a core platform technology that integrates proteomic
data using AI and bioinformatics approaches to continuously generate
clinically meaningful protein biomarkers.

The DEEP (DEep-learning Empowered Proteomics) platform is Bertis’ AI-driven technology platform
that processes mass spectrometry data to identify meaningful proteins. It is used in PASS for the analysis and
interpretation of customer projects, and in CHECK for biomarker discovery and selection.

​ Built upon three key components—DEEP-find, DEEP-mining, and DEEP-library—the platform
integrates the entire analytical workflow, from protein identification and quality control
to biological interpretation and knowledge expansion.
